2. Use of Client Work and Disclaimers

  • Inspire&Convey may use completed work for case studies or portfolio samples unless otherwise specified in writing.

  • Proprietary or confidential information will remain protected and not shared publicly.

  • Results: We strive for success but cannot guarantee specific results due to factors beyond our control, such as market conditions or platform algorithms.

  • Third-Party Platforms: We are not liable for disruptions or changes in third-party platforms (e.g., Facebook, Google, Instagram) affecting performance. Significant updates will be communicated.

  • Intellectual Property: Deliverables transfer to the client upon full payment. Inspire&Convey may use non-confidential elements for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.

  • Indemnity: Clients indemnify Inspire&Convey from claims arising from the use of client-provided materials or deliverables.

 

3. Payment Policy

  • Payment is required before project commencement unless agreed otherwise.

  • Additional fees may apply for urgent requests or shorter timelines.

  • Late payments may delay or suspend the project until resolved.

  • Cancellations after commencement will not be refunded; incomplete work will be billed pro-rata.

  • Project records are retained for six months post-completion unless agreed otherwise.

  • Inspire&Convey is not liable for lost profits or damages from deliverables or delays caused by uncontrollable events (e.g., natural disasters, platform disruptions).
